Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Mortgage domain testing and hands-on experience in database validation and test automation. The candidate will be responsible for leading testing activities, ensuring quality deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced delivery environment.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with BMO (Bank of Montreal) projects and possess a strong understanding of mortgage processes within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and delivery
Perform database-level validation and data comparison to ensure data integrity
Design and implement test automation solutions/frameworks
Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams for requirement analysis
Drive defect management, reporting, and QA governance
Mentor and guide junior QA team members

Top 3 Required Skills:
Strong Mortgage domain knowledge
Hands-on experience in DB-level comparison / data validation
Automation testing experience (any framework – Selenium, Cypress, etc.)

Top 3 Preferred Skills:
Prior BMO experience
Strong understanding of banking systems and data flows
Leadership and stakeholder communication skills
