Description

Lead test planning, automation, and database validation for mortgage domain projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test planning, execution, and delivery for banking projects.
• Perform database-level validation and data comparison to ensure data integrity.
• Design and implement test automation solutions using Selenium or Cypress.
• Collaborate with business, development, and stakeholder teams for requirement analysis.
• Mentor junior QA members and drive defect management and QA governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage domain and banking systems.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress for automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform data validation and data comparison at the database level.
• Experience working with BMO projects is highly valued.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with BMO (Bank of Montreal) projects.
• Strong understanding of banking data flows and stakeholder communication.
