Lead testing strategies and build automation frameworks to streamline quality processes in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Responsibilities

• Strategize manual and automation testing approaches for complex financial systems.
• Implement and maintain a standardized automation framework using Selenium and C#.
• Coordinate with the team and communicate status reports directly to the customer.
• Streamline testing processes to improve overall efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in testing roles, with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in Selenium with C# for building robust test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and testing.
• Experience with manual testing methodologies and test case design.
• Domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services (BFS).
• Strong coordination and communication skills for client-facing reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
