Description

You will drive QA planning, tracking, and reporting for software development projects using standard methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and document test plans, scenarios, and test cases to ensure accurate coverage.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report anomalies from a business end-user perspective.
• Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and ensure software testing is completed on schedule.
• Participate in defect triage meetings, demos, and assist subject matter experts with UAT scenario development.
• Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and vendor technical teams to understand and validate requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development project testing, including mid-scale or large-scale systems.
• Proficiency with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, and JIRA.
• Experience developing and executing test strategies, scripts, and plans.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC concepts within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to review and analyze system specifications, including business and design documents.
• Experience with system, regression, performance, load, security, and business continuity testing.
• Competency in documenting test results and preparing sample data for testing.
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue isolation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mobile device testing.
