Description

You will design and execute automated testing strategies across web and API layers to ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript, Selenium, and pytest.
• Implement API automation tests to validate backend functionality and reliability.
• Write Python scripts to support automation efforts and manage Linux environments for testing.
• Apply BDD methodologies using Cucumber to create feature files and step definitions.
• Identify, document, and track bugs while collaborating with teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience using Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
• Strong knowledge of the pytest framework.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and debugging.
• Experience with API automation using tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Experience working within Agile workflows, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Hands-on experience managing and configuring Linux environments.
• Experience using Cucumber for BDD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior team members on testing best practices.
