Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for P&C insurance applications, ensuring quality across billing and claims modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts using Selenium or Katalon with Groovy.
• Design and implement automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects, triage issues, and manage test cases in Rally and JIRA.
• Create test strategies, plans, and metrics reports to track project milestones and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test approaches, review test cases, and conduct exploratory testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software automation testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium or Katalon Studio with Groovy scripting.
• Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance domain, specifically PAS Billing and Claims.
• Experience with API testing and database concepts, including complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD implementation, Jenkins, and Git.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and test management tools like Rally and JIRA.
• Ability to design test frameworks and handle headless automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring test teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with quick adaptation to new technologies.
