Description

You will own database testing and automation engineering for incentive compensation tools, ensuring data integrity and validating data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute ETL and Oracle database testing to validate data integrity and flows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium for web applications.
• Implement BDD frameworks utilizing Cucumber to support test coverage.
• Validate incentive compensation tools and associated data processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional testing experience.
• Proficiency with Selenium for web automation.
• Hands-on experience with BDD and Cucumber frameworks.
• Direct experience with Oracle database testing.
• Proven experience with ETL testing processes.
• Experience working with incentive compensation tools such as SAP Calidas or IBM Varicent.
• Familiarity with Oracle iCM.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing environments.
