Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a test automation framework within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain an automated test system to support organizational testing needs.
• Design and develop automated tests for all functionality meeting specified criteria.
• Lead complex automation efforts using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java for large-scale Agile projects.
• Define Behavior Driven Development (BDD) approaches and tools for automated testing.
• Partner with Agile Release Trains to plan functionality, resolve defects, and implement error injection methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in automation testing, including developing and executing automated test scripts.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience using Selenium and Cucumber.
• 1+ year of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile development, specifically Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile project tools like VersionOne.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing metrics to identify dysfunctions and providing recommendations to management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring testers, developers, and business analysts on quality process initiatives.
