Description

You will manage the end-to-end test process for microservices and asynchronous messaging systems within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to design and implement comprehensive test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated tests for back-end microservices and async messaging.
• Execute functional, automated, and performance tests across the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage defects and track progress using JIRA or Rally.
• Coordinate with Scrum teams to ensure quality throughout delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology with an emphasis on QA.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and asynchronous messaging services like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with modern datastores such as Postgres, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of version control systems like GIT or SVN.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to use BDD tools like Cucumber or Godog.
• Experience with end-to-end testing and test-driven development (TDD).
