Description

You will own the full testing lifecycle for large-scale programs, driving quality assurance through manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scenarios across System, Integration, Regression, and Performance phases.
• Write and execute automated test scripts using Java or Python within Selenium or similar frameworks.
• Drive QA processes, ensuring requirements traceability and gaining delivery buy-in from stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Test Leads, and Developers to convert design requirements into comprehensive test cases.
• Document test results and manage test execution using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence/X-ray).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in testing activities, including System, Integration, and Performance testing.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation, specifically developing and maintaining Selenium frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting using Java and/or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and exposure to DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and public sector domain (eligibility related) is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of testing techniques including Grey-box, Black-box, load testing, and coverage testing.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
