Test Lead position: The client is specifically looking for candidates with Child Support experience for the onsite role in Santa Fe, NM. Additionally, we can expand our search to include candidates who are local to Gilbert, AZ (Second option), as well as the Dallas, TX (last option). 

Test Lead Required Skills

• Looking for a strong Test Lead with a solid State Project Child Support domain background.

• Strong experience in Child Support business processes and testing methodologies across both waterfall and agile models, with the ability to guide teams and recommend appropriate testing strategies and frameworks for enterprise systems (including web portals, batch processes, interfaces, forms, and reports).

• Experience spanning Requirements, Quality Assurance/Testing, overall test management, delivery management, and client support.

• Expertise in Quality Assurance and Testing, including Test Design and Execution, Test Planning and Strategy, Test Estimation, Delivery Management, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Web Services Testing, leading large testing teams, and UAT coordination. Experience with tools such as UFT, JMeter, SoapUI, JAMA, and JIRA.

• Selenium experience with Java-based scripting.

• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence/X-ray). Preferred Skills Work with Scrum master SMEs, Test Manager, Developers to understand design requirements and work with team to convert them and deliver as Test cases Responsibilities Review & Author, Executes manual Test cases, script automated test cases using java/python, Participate in Client UAt calls. Work with Functional SMEs, Senior developers, designers to identify and address functional Gaps
