Description

Lead testing strategy and execution for state-level Child Support enterprise systems, ensuring quality across web portals, batch processes, and interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies and frameworks for complex state projects.
• Guide testing teams through requirements analysis, test design, and execution in both waterfall and agile models.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage delivery timelines.
• Review and author manual test cases, and develop automated scripts using Java or Python.
• Collaborate with SMEs and developers to identify functional gaps and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management.
• Domain expertise in Child Support business processes.
• Proficiency in Selenium with Java-based scripting.
• Hands-on experience with UFT, JMeter, and SoapUI.
• Strong background in performance testing and web services testing.
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence (including X-ray plugin).
• Experience with JAMA for requirements traceability.
• Ability to work with Python for automation tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large testing teams.
• Background in state government or public sector projects.
