Description

Lead automation strategy and technical direction for the testing organization in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain an automated test framework and system.
• Lead complex automation efforts using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java within large Agile projects.
• Define Behavior Driven Development approaches and automated test criteria.
• Collaborate with application architects and Agile Release Trains to plan functionality and resolve defects.
• Mentor testers, developers, and business analysts while implementing organization-wide quality processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in automation testing and executing automated test scripts.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber.
• 1+ year of experience architecting and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile development, TDD, and Scrum.
• Experience with SAFe methodologies and Agile tools such as VersionOne.
• 1+ year of experience analyzing metrics and providing recommendations to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
