Description

Own the test strategy, automation framework, and delivery quality for the PeopleSoft Finance workstream within the Galileo Programme.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test planning, risk assessment, and quality metrics for PeopleSoft Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and Asset Management.
• Lead test automation using a Playwright-based framework, driving integration into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring reusable, maintainable test suites.
• Manage System, Integration (SIT), User Acceptance (UAT), and Regression testing cycles, including batch processes, workflow routing, and financial configurations.
• Validate end-to-end financial integrations, data structures, and security roles, supporting PeopleTools upgrades and PUM updates.
• Mentor onshore and offshore test resources while maintaining stakeholder communication and transparent delivery reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software testing with strong Test Lead experience.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials, tables, batch jobs, and configuration.
• Hands-on expertise with Playwright for test automation framework development.
• Strong SQL proficiency (Oracle/SQL Server) for complex financial data validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test management tools, and defect tracking.
• Proven ability to manage system integration testing across upstream and downstream enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, or large-scale ERP/finance transformations.
