Description

You will lead the testing team and define testing scope for each release and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the testing team, managing resources, SMEs, and functional testers.
• Plan and manage testing efforts for engagements, including strategy development with clients.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Define, track, and report on test metrics and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement CI processes to improve delivery and service quality.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in testing and test management.
• Proven experience delivering projects within the banking domain.
• Experience with mobile application testing for Android and iOS.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA and Zephyr or similar test management tools.
• Ability to generate and present insightful project metrics and reports.

• Any Graduate degree.
