Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for contact center applications and messaging flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional testing using Infovista Hammer tools and Karate testing frameworks.
• Perform IVR testing and validate voice and messaging flows within contact center applications.
• Prepare and execute test plans for business applications and processes.
• Manage defect resolution processes and translate information into objective-based deliverables.
• Develop testing systems and processes while working independently under agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Infovista Hammer tools.
• Strong background in Karate testing for functional requirements.
• Experience testing IVR and Contact Center applications.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and defect resolution.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in Project Management and QA testing strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Java programming experience.
