Description

Own the end-to-end automation strategy, framework development, and test execution for UI and regression testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous feedback.
• Analyze test failures and improve overall test coverage and reliability.
• Lead testing efforts and collaborate with offshore and onshore teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Playwright and Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test execution.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with distributed engineering groups.
• Proven track record of maintaining robust test frameworks.
• Ability to drive regression testing and quality improvements.
• Education: Any Graduate degree.
