Description

You will own the test automation strategy for web applications, ensuring high coverage and reliable releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of web applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps, and analyze results for stakeholder reports.

Required Skills

• Proven experience with Playwright for web automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Git version control.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.
