Description

You will lead automation efforts and manage a team of testers to deliver high-quality software within Agile environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish the overall automation test strategy and planning.
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks using UFT/QTP.
• Lead and manage a team of automation testers.
• Execute backend and database testing to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in the automation lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
• Proficiency in VBScript and UFT/QTP.
• Experience with SAP automation using UFT.
• Strong SQL skills for database testing and query writing.
• Experience with Git commands and build tools.
• Proficiency in ALM or similar test management tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Core Java.
• Experience with Selenium or backend testing.
