Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect hybrid automation solutions using Selenium (Java) and Karate.
• Define automation strategy, roadmap, and best practices across projects.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Review, optimize, and maintain existing Cucumber and Maven-based frameworks.
• Mentor the automation team and collaborate with DevOps and product teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation.
• 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
• Experience building frameworks with Karate (API) and Cucumber (BDD).
• Proficiency with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git-based version control.
• Experience integrating with CI/CD tools, specifically Jenkins.
• Understanding of test automation architecture and SDLC.
