Description

Lead testing strategy and automation for functional and non-functional validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies to validate new and enhanced functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts to accelerate team velocity.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Architects to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration pipeline.
• Investigate root causes of failures and document defects with detailed logs, screenshots, and environment data.
• Create test data and maintain the automated testing suite and framework for assigned products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in quality automation and testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium for automated testing.
• Experience with API testing using SOAP, REST, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration.
• Practical use of SauceLabs for cross-browser or cloud testing.
• Ability to use Splunk for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Strong ability to decompose requirements into test scenarios and scripts.
