Description

Engineer systems integrating microelectronic hardware and digital twins for smart airport environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review platform performance to ensure quality and proactive issue resolution.
• Triage and resolve platform-related issues reported by internal stakeholders.
• Research, test, and evaluate microelectronic hardware and best-of-breed products.
• Integrate solutions for data collection at access control platforms and physical layers.
• Develop and engineer systems associated with platform development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and automation.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience building test automation tools and frameworks specifically for embedded devices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS IoT and Selenium.
• Experience developing desktop applications to execute automated testing on embedded hardware.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including IoT, video annotation, and AI.
• Relational SQL skills for designing and troubleshooting databases and queries.
• Experience with performance testing and analysis on embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Software Life Cycle Management (SLCM) and software best practices.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or PMI methodologies.
• Ability to capture and document refinements to system and software requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital twins and operational data collection.
