You will focus on all aspects of cybersecurity for control modules to prevent threat actor compromise of automotive systems.
Responsibilities
Implement cybersecurity development processes per ISO 21434 and OEM specific strategies.
Develop and validate security features including secure boot, secure software update, secure communication, secure logging, secure diagnostics, and secure debug.
Build work products per ISO 21434 and UNECE WP.29 to support software security cases.
Perform software unit verification and integration testing on bench, HIL, and vehicle environments.
Support TARA, system cybersecurity requirements, and hardware-software interface development.
Required Skills
3+ years of automotive/vehicle electronics and IT or wireless (cellular) security experience.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security & Assurance, or Information Technology.
Working level experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR (ARA::Crypto, ARA::IDSM, ARA::EM, and ARA::IAM).
Experience with Ethernet and Ethernet security including TLS, VLAN, and Firewalls.
Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, Flex-ray, Ethernet, BLE, and Wi-Fi.
Understanding of end-to-end connected vehicle telematics and infotainment.
Familiarity with ISO 21434, UNECE WP.29, and SAE J3061 standards.
Knowledge of key-provisioning, securing mobile apps, OTA updates, and reverse engineering techniques.
Preferred Skills
Experience with EAP-TLS, DoIP, and MACsec.
Practical experience implementing and validating cryptography codes.
