Description

You will resolve complex automotive hardware and software issues through technical support and diagnostic expertise.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle mechanical components and engine issues using specialized software and diagnostic tests.
• Provide technical support to dealerships regarding diagnostic software, hardware, and specific vehicle modules.
• Perform preliminary triage of ECU software log events for infotainment and connectivity modules.
• Collaborate with module engineers to identify issues and escalate unresolved cases to Engineering or Quality.
• Manage Technical Service Requests by validating historical data and ensuring timely closure within SLA targets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Support and Technical Assistance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting automotive controls, sensors, and software modules.
• Experience with Powertrain, Embedded automotive software, and ADAS.
• Working knowledge of PCM, PCU, and APIM.
• Ability to analyze ECU software log events and perform technical triage.
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills for complex problem-solving.
• Experience managing communications across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle high-accuracy technical inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in process improvement projects.
