Description

You will resolve complex vehicle diagnostic issues for dealer technicians and internal engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve dealer technician issues via phone, email, and the Global Technical Assistance Center (GTAC) to prevent backlogs.
• Perform preliminary triage of ECU software log events, specifically for Infotainment and Connectivity modules.
• Liaise with Engineering, Quality, and OTA departments to resolve complex diagnostic escalations.
• Troubleshoot automotive controls and support management in improving service quality.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance technical assistance workflows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Support and Technical Assistance.
• Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting automotive controls.
• Experience with GTAC systems.
• Proven ability to manage communications across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience handling technical complaints and adhering to strict response times.
