Description

You will design, develop, and deliver scalable Java-based applications and services in a distributed systems environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust Java applications using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code with JPA/Hibernate and SQL, ensuring adherence to security and performance standards.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster engineering excellence.
• Drive refactoring of legacy systems and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or platform development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST API, JPA/Hibernate, and SQL.
• Experience with distributed systems, Git, Docker, and AWS.
• Strong unit testing skills with JUnit.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mockito, Maven, Gradle, and additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration concepts, modern engineering trends, and observability.
