Description

You will manage and support an Autosys environment across heterogeneous platforms, ensuring high availability for batch workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Autosys environments across Developmental, Model, and Production stages.
• Manage production batch workloads, prioritizing jobs based on resource availability.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot job failures, documenting root causes alongside infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with application development teams to optimize application behavior within the scheduler.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Autosys administration, specifically versions r11.3.x and R12.x.
• Extensive knowledge of Autosys JIL and command line utilities.
• Proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Experience with SQL queries.
• Scripting skills in Shell and Perl.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including change and incident management.
• Experience using Autosys tools such as JAWS or iDASH.
• Knowledge of setting up file transfer jobs and Autosys plugins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with heterogeneous platform configurations.
