Description

You will manage the technical operations and maintenance of audio-visual systems across all conference and meeting spaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and maintain AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues to ensure seamless meeting operations.
• Coordinate with internal IT, network teams, and external vendors to resolve hardware or connectivity problems.
• Plan and implement AV upgrades, enhancements, and regular maintenance checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in audio-visual technical support.
• Hands-on experience with audio and video conferencing systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware connectivity and signal paths.
• Experience managing audio-visual equipment inventory.
• Ability to support large-scale event AV requirements.
• Knowledge of integrating AV systems with network infrastructure.
