Description
You will provide operational support and administration for Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support Cisco IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, and integrated room systems including Creston control systems, DM Switchers, and Biamp DSPs.
- Manage incidents through ServiceNow, performing troubleshooting and monitoring to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Liaise with vendors and internal L3 teams to facilitate technical resolutions.
- Maintain system documentation and prepare periodic reports.
- Perform remote installation, configuration, and fault management for video conferencing equipment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in AV or Network/Telecom administration.
- Hands-on experience administering Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE.
- Deep understanding of signaling protocols including SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and XMPP.
- Experience with VoIP and Video Codecs from Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech, Dolby, Neat, or Jabra.
- Proficiency with MTRoA, MTRoW, MS Teams, BlueJeans, and Zoom systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems within large integrated conference room environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Audio DSPs such as Biamp or Polycom Sound Structure.
- Knowledge of MS PowerShell programming, Robin, or Creston.
- Experience using monitoring tools.
