Description
You will manage and support Cisco IP Telephony, video conferencing, and integrated room systems infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administer Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing platforms, including Creston control systems, DM Switchers, and Biamp DSPs.
- Manage incidents via ServiceNow, performing troubleshooting and monitoring to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Perform remote installation, configuration, and fault management for video conferencing equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and internal L3 teams to facilitate technical resolutions.
- Maintain system documentation and prepare periodic reports.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in AV or Network/Telecom administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE.
- Deep understanding of signaling protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and XMPP.
- Proficiency with VoIP and Video Codecs from Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech, Dolby, Neat, or Jabra.
- Experience with MTRoA, MTRoW, MS Teams, BlueJeans, and Zoom systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems in large integrated conference room environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Audio DSPs such as Biamp or Polycom Sound Structure.
- Knowledge of MS PowerShell programming, Robin, or Creston.
- Experience using monitoring tools.
