Description

You will manage and support Cisco IP Telephony, video conferencing, and integrated room systems infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing platforms, including Creston control systems, DM Switchers, and Biamp DSPs.
• Manage incidents via ServiceNow, performing troubleshooting and monitoring to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Perform remote installation, configuration, and fault management for video conferencing equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and internal L3 teams to facilitate technical resolutions.
• Maintain system documentation and prepare periodic reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AV or Network/Telecom administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE.
• Deep understanding of signaling protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and XMPP.
• Proficiency with VoIP and Video Codecs from Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, Logitech, Dolby, Neat, or Jabra.
• Experience with MTRoA, MTRoW, MS Teams, BlueJeans, and Zoom systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems in large integrated conference room environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Audio DSPs such as Biamp or Polycom Sound Structure.
• Knowledge of MS PowerShell programming, Robin, or Creston.
• Experience using monitoring tools.
