You will manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level audio-visual equipment and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer scalable enterprise AV platforms aligned with business requirements.
• Provide Level 3 escalation support and troubleshooting for AV services, conference rooms, and Zoom.
• Lead testing practices for AV upgrades to prevent negative impacts on business applications.
• Document deployment, troubleshooting, and operational processes for all AV solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to drive continuous improvements based on user feedback.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in an AV support role with IT administration experience.
• Proficiency in AV system design and Microsoft O365 integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom configuration, MS Teams, and Mac environments.
• Technical knowledge of Neat, Polycom, Q-Sys Control Systems, Harmon Devices, Biamp, and Crestron.
• Experience managing On-Prem and Cloud telephony systems.
• Ability to prioritize support requests based on business impact and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
