Description

You will manage and support audio/video technologies and infrastructure, ensuring service delivery meets established SLA levels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve P1/P2 incidents, service requests, and changes related to A/V technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AV operations and critical infrastructure support.
• Document knowledge articles for critical incidents and changes.
• Develop and implement service improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in A/V engineering and operations.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco TelePresence, VTC infrastructure, TMS, VCS Control, Cisco Meeting Server, and Cisco VTG.
• Strong knowledge of configuring Tandberg and Cisco Codecs.
• Proficiency with Crestron Audio/Visual conference room solutions and integration with Cisco and Microsoft.
• Working knowledge of SIP, ISM, H323, H320, H460, TLS, RTP, SRTP, TCP/IP, and UDP.
• Understanding of content control protocols, video compression standards, packet analyzers, and routing protocols.
• Experience with AMX, Surface Hubs, and Microsoft Teams.
