Position: AV Support Analyst 

Location: Marlborough, MA (Onsite)

Role Overview:
Seeking an AV Support Analyst to manage and support video conferencing (VC) rooms, primarily for executive meetings. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, monitoring AV systems, and ensuring seamless meeting experiences in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level AV support for executive meetings 
• Test and maintain VC rooms (audio, video, hardware, connectivity) 
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time and coordinate with vendors 
• Monitor AV systems and ensure readiness before scheduled meetings 
• Support Digital Media backend (hardware, licensing, tracking) 
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and user requests 
• Collaborate with global AV teams on improvements and projects 

Required Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Experience with AV systems (TVs, projectors, microphones, Crestron) 
• Knowledge of Cisco devices & Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) 
• Basic PC/network troubleshooting 
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations 

Preferred:

• Experience with Zoom, Teams, AV monitoring tools 
• Knowledge of large-scale AV environments
