You will provide audio and video support for conference rooms, customer-facing areas, and training rooms.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot A/V connectivity issues across various hardware and collaboration platforms.
- Collaborate with A/V and network engineering teams on service implementations and equipment rollouts.
- Manage hardware inventory and maintain documentation for all rooms, locations, and services.
- Work independently to develop technical solutions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical support during nights and weekends as required.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in A/V support and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Google Chromebox for Meetings (CFM), Google Hangouts, Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, and Cisco Telepresence.
- Proficiency with Qsys/QSC and Crestron hardware.
- Experience using Crestron Toolbox and XPanel for equipment troubleshooting.
- Technical knowledge of troubleshooting, Endpoint Patching, Network Access Control, VLANs, and Active Directory Architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal IT staff and customers.
- Ability to prioritize projects and operational tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dante AV-over-IP Networking (Level 2) or Q-SYS systems (Level 1).
- Knowledge of troubleshooting network security including Firewalls.
- Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, or MCP.
