Description

You will support and maintain video conferencing infrastructure and live event production services during the second shift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environments, and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware/software issues and RMAs.
  • Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
  • Conduct equipment audits, including high-profile C-suite spaces, and manage service requests via ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to perform root cause analysis and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPRM, Workflow Server, Pexip CVI, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Technical knowledge of audio-visual setup, including cameras, microphones, projectors, touchscreens, and monitors.
  • Proficiency with Zoom Meetings/Webinar, Microsoft Teams Meetings/Live, and Cisco WebEx.
  • Working knowledge of networking protocols and video infrastructure.
  • Experience with Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, Allen and Heath digital mixers, and Vaddio video switchers.
  • Familiarity with Shure, Netgear, QSC, Epson, and Samsung peripherals.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work second shift and communicate professionally with executives and IT management.
