Description

You will manage, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and upgrade video conferencing equipment, test environments, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and event service incidents, including hardware/software issues and RMAs.
• Schedule, set up, and disconnect video conferences for internal and external meetings.
• Conduct equipment audits, including c-suite spaces, and follow defined team processes.
• Produce Run of Show documents, attendance reports, and IT equipment readiness checklists.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of related AV technician experience.
• Proficiency with Zoom Meetings/Webinar, Teams Meetings/Live, and Cisco WebEx.
• Working knowledge of video infrastructure and endpoints: Cisco CUCM, TMS, Expressway, Cisco Endpoints, Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPPR, Workflow Server, Pexip CVI, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly Endpoints.
• Technical knowledge of installing and troubleshooting cameras, microphones, projectors, touchscreens, and monitors.
• Experience with Crestron, Bi-Amp, Extron, Allen and Heath 30-channel digital mixers, and Vaddio video switchers.
• Familiarity with Clear Com audio devices, multi-channel lighting boards, and digital camera equipment.
• Knowledge of peripherals from Shure, Netgear, QSC, Epson, and Samsung.
• Basic understanding of networking and network protocols.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for incident tracking, service tickets, and change requests.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with c-suite interaction.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
