Description

Manage and support enterprise video infrastructure, endpoint equipment, and conferencing workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support video conferencing infrastructure and endpoint hardware across the network.
• Maintain video endpoints and ensure connectivity stability.
• Troubleshoot enterprise-level video and desktop support issues.
• Manage video conferencing workflows and server integrations.
• Set up and support Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Poly DMA and DMA Edge.
• Proficiency with RMX, RPRM, and Workflow Server.
• Experience managing Pexip CVI.
• Working knowledge of Cisco CUCM, Cisco TMS, and Cisco Expressway.
• Experience with Cisco Endpoints and Poly Endpoints.
• Familiarity with Zoom video conferencing and Crestron systems.

Preferred Skills

• Background in enterprise or desktop support.
