Description

You will manage the end-to-end audiovisual technology experience across the Americas, overseeing system design, installation, and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate audio and video hardware, including codecs, cameras, microphones, and control systems, into meeting spaces.
• Lead AV integration projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues and help build or troubleshoot APIs for video conference systems to integrate with Zoom.
• Maintain comprehensive AV documentation, including inventory, room kits, serial numbers, network information, and system diagrams.
• Coordinate with AV vendors for room installations and perform regular proactive monitoring and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AV system design, integration, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with AV control systems such as Crestron or Extron.
• Expertise with video conferencing platforms including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong familiarity with networking protocols and infrastructure.
• Proven ability in proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide technical support and training to end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building or troubleshooting APIs for video conference systems.
