Description

You install, support, and operate audio-visual and video conferencing systems for clients in Richmond, VA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and organize AV hardware including projectors, microphones, monitors, and sound boards.
• Provide on-site and virtual technical support for VTC and web conferencing platforms.
• Schedule, monitor, and execute point-to-point and multi-point audio/video conferences, including dry runs.
• Operate video cameras, manage live streaming, and perform audio recordings.
• Conduct site surveys to define equipment requirements and install permanent conference room displays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AV/VTC technical support and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Hands-on experience managing audio visual hardware, laptops, and wireless devices.
• Experience with Mac and PC audio/video editing software for playback, archiving, and publishing.
• Knowledge of Gmail and web conferencing platforms.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of AV/VTC equipment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for statewide travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working Monday through Friday in an on-site capacity.
