Description
You will provide technical AV and IT support for conferencing spaces and executive-level meetings on the Philadelphia campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV systems and audio/video conference calls within conference rooms.
- Install and configure hardware and software, including video cables, wireless presentation systems, and management suites.
- Monitor AV system performance and perform minor repairs to maintain functionality.
- Advise guests and users on suitable AV/IT choices for meeting environments.
- Collaborate with outside vendors, integrators, and AV/IT professionals to maintain standards.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in an AV-related support field.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco video endpoints.
- Proven experience providing AV/IT end-user support.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex audio and video conferencing issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consulting with end-users.
- Organizational and coordination abilities for managing meeting space technology.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.
Preferred Skills
- BS/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent.
- Experience in desktop support.
