Description

You will provide technical AV and IT support for conferencing spaces and executive-level meetings on the Philadelphia campus.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV systems and audio/video conference calls within conference rooms.
• Install and configure hardware and software, including video cables, wireless presentation systems, and management suites.
• Monitor AV system performance and perform minor repairs to maintain functionality.
• Advise guests and users on suitable AV/IT choices for meeting environments.
• Collaborate with outside vendors, integrators, and AV/IT professionals to maintain standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an AV-related support field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Cisco video endpoints.
• Proven experience providing AV/IT end-user support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex audio and video conferencing issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consulting with end-users.
• Organizational and coordination abilities for managing meeting space technology.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including occasional nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• BS/BA in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent.
• Experience in desktop support.
