Description

Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing environments at the customer campus in Valhalla, NY.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support Poly and Zoom video conferencing systems through Level 1 onsite technical assistance.
• Execute MACD tasks, including the installation and configuration of video conferencing hardware.
• Manage and schedule high-level events and guide users on equipment operation.
• Track and resolve technical incidents while maintaining support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AV or IT support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Poly and Zoom environments.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions) processes.
• Ability to provide onsite support during business hours and critical after-hours maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills for a customer-facing role.
• Any graduate degree.
