Lead developer delivering end-to-end Java-based solutions and modern frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable software architectures and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead development teams, managing task allocation, performance evaluations, and candidate interviewing.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather requirements and monitor project progress.
• Design reusable technical components and accelerators using design patterns and clean coding practices.
• Prepare technical architecture documents and present work products to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Java 8+, J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and messaging technologies like Kafka or MQ.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience designing and developing solutions within AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Competency in unit testing using JUnit and version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with web security concepts including OAuth, SSO/SAML, and LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with AngularJS, Angular, React, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of Servlets, JSTL, AJAX, and JSON.
