Description
You will design and implement IVR call flows using the Avaaya Orchestration Designer.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex IVR call flows within the Avaaya ecosystem.
- Integrate call flows with backend systems and databases using REST APIs and HTTP interfaces.
- Implement effective call routing strategies to manage incoming traffic.
- Maintain and configure components within Avaaya CM and the Experience Portal.
Required Skills
- 7-8 years of experience in IVR development.
- Hands-on experience with AEP-Avaaya.
- Proficiency with Avaaya Orchestration Designer.
- Experience using Avaaya CM and Experience Portal.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP interfaces for system integration.
- Proven ability to integrate with databases and backend systems.
- Expertise in call routing strategies.
- Any Graduate degree.
