Description

You will architect and implement scalable communication solutions using Avaya, Genesys, Amazon Alexa, and Cisco ACI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable architectures integrating Amazon Alexa, Genesys, Avaya AES, and Cisco ACI.
• Integrate communication platforms to ensure seamless user experiences across the enterprise.
• Conduct architecture reviews to identify gaps and drive ongoing system improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all architectural designs and technical decisions.
• Mentor technical team members and promote continuous learning within the group.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience in communication platforms.
• Proven expertise in Amazon Alexa integration and development.
• Expert knowledge of Genesys platform and ecosystem.
• Deep experience with Avaya AES (Application Enablement Services).
• Strong background in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure).
• Demonstrated success leading complex technical projects from design to implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
