Description
You will lead development and operational tasks within the Avaya ecosystem, focusing on IVR and CTI integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement call flows, vectors, and adjunct routing using Avaya ACM.
- Configure and support Avaya Session Manager and Avaya IVR within complex multi-layered network environments.
- Diagnose and tune QoS configurations, including jitter and bandwidth analysis.
- Analyze requirements and provide structured program updates using Visio and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Avaya development and IVR/CTI integration.
- Extensive programming experience with Avaya ACM and VXML.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Experience with Database and Cloud AWS environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN communications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network environments.
- Ability to manage task prioritization and program communication.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or any graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenShift.
