Description
You will lead development and implementation of Avaya-based communication solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement call flows, vectors, and adjunct routing using Avaya ACM.
- Configure and support Avaya Session Manager and Avaya IVR systems.
- Diagnose and tune QoS configurations, including jitter and bandwidth analysis.
- Perform requirement analysis and provide structured program updates using Visio and PowerPoint.
- Troubleshoot complex issues within multi-layered LAN/WAN network environments.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of programming experience with Avaya ACM and Avaya Aura.
- Proficiency in VXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language) design and implementation.
- Strong Java programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with IVR and CTI (Computer-Telephone Integration).
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
- Experience managing LAN/WAN communications and QoS configurations.
- Ability to use Visio and PowerPoint for technical documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
