Description

Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions integrated with Avaya communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable, secure Amazon Connect and Avaya Aura/OneCloud environments.
• Develop IVRs, call flows, and routing strategies using Amazon Connect contact flows.
• Build custom APIs and connectors to link Avaya systems with AWS services.
• Configure and integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow) with AWS Connect.
• Manage system updates, patching, and maintenance for hybrid telephony environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in contact center solutions implementation and management.
• Expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya Aura and Avaya OneCloud.
• Deep understanding of telephony protocols including SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
