Description

You will own the delivery and stability of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and associated IT infrastructure services. This role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and security compliance within a senior individual contributor or team lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server, Azure VMs, and Citrix environments to ensure high availability.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and MFA.
• Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell to reduce manual operational work and improve efficiency.
• Lead client-facing interactions, handle escalations, and ensure strict adherence to audit and compliance standards.
• Identify recurring BAU issues and implement proactive solutions to close monitoring gaps.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure service delivery.
• Mandatory deep exposure to AVD or Citrix VM configuration and management.
• Strong proficiency in Cloud Infra (Azure/AWS) and Office 365 administration.
• Experience with SQL databases and exposure to PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Proven ability to manage IT security tools and handle audit/compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Configuration and automation skills for AVD/Citrix environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing client relationships effectively.
